“Borders Conflict”
Next Upgrade evening
will deal with concepts of geographical and cultural borders and how they
are expressed and reflected through new media field. Mushon’s
creative research focuses on questions about public space, simultaneity and
power systems in media culture. Among the projects thay
Mushon will present, which part of them still are
being developed, are: ShiftSpace, Graffiti
Studio, You Are Not Here, Mappsition and Little
Feet.
Mushon
Zer Aviv is a designer and net artist, half of
the duo “Shual”, part of The Upgrade, Concepcia, Maarav online
magazine and the Digital Art Lab, Holon. During the past last
year he has been studying at ITP, the new media program of the New York University.

"קונפליקט גבולות"
הערב יעסוק במושגים של
גבולות גיאוגרפיים ותרבותיים והדרך בהם הם מתבטאים דרך המדיה החדשה. המחקר
הקריאטיבי מתמקד בשאלות לגבי חלל ציבורי, בו-זמניות ומנגנוני כוח בתרבות מדיאלית. בין הפרויקטים שיוצגו, חלקם עדיין בתהליך, ShiftSpace, Graffiti
Studio, You Are Not Here, Little Feet ו-Mappsition.
מושון זר-אביב הוא מעצב ואמן רשת, חצי מהצמד 'שועל', מאנשי האפגרייד, קונספציה, מארב והמרכז לאמנות דיגיטלית. מושון יציג יצירות
מהשנה האחרונה בה הוא לומד ב-ITP, תוכנית המאסטר בניו-מדיה של אוניברסיטת ניו-יורק.
