A few days after i was discharged from my three years duty military service, the Israel Memorial Day took place. This day is being marked with a series of ceremonies within them a two minutes memorial siren climax that is being heard all over the country. In these two minutes every one pauses and stands up straight for the memory of the deceased's.
This video is a self-portrait of my first memorial siren as an adult without any ceremony, standing with my mother.
Beside the expected documentation of the moment, the video examines our body langage and our physical reaction and nuances toward the memorial siren.
